Anyone entering the Massey Creek HOA pool area MUST read, agree, & follow all rules & regulations. The following rules & regulations may change at any time. By entering the Massey Creek HOA pool area, you are agreeing to these rules & regulations.
POOL RULES:
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 911
There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Swim at your own risk
All Annual Assessments and/or fines must be paid in full prior to use of the pool
For safety to you and others: NO diving, running, pushing, flipping, dunking, fighting, or other wild behavior
Please shower before entering pool
No glass of any kind is allowed anywhere within the pool area
Due to insurance requirements, No alcohol or illegal drugs of any kind are allowed within the pool area
Do not enter the pool if under the influence
No tobacco products of any kind allowed inside of pool area or within 15 feet of the main gate. Includes smoking/vaping.
No animals allowed within the pool area
For the enjoyment of others & surrounding homes, No loud noises including, but not limited to, music & screaming
No private parties. Small birthday gatherings may be requested in advance, but limited to 15 guests to allow room for other HOA members
Homeowners may bring up to four guests per visit per household to the pool. A keyfob holder must be present with the guests at all times & accept responsibility of them. Unauthorized persons using the pool will be considered trespassing and may be prosecuted
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible person at all times. Any non-swimmers must be in contact with a competent swimmer at all times.
Any person with bowel incontinence, including children, must wear swim diapers. Double protection is highly recommended
Please clean up after yourselves and your guests! Remember, we are a private community.
Please empty trash as needed, clean restrooms as needed, clean pool as needed, & replace items as needed.
No food or drinks in or next to the pool. Please clean up after yourself thoroughly to prevent ants & other bugs
Pool is considered Closed for 15 minutes after any sound of thunder and 30 minutes after any sight of lightning!Â
Pool deck must be cleared in case of lightning
Do not enter the pool area if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, within 24 hours of having a fever, have open wounds, or experiencing any infectious disease
Gate to remain closed at all times
Pool furniture is not to be reconfigured, removed from complex, put into the pool, or used for any activities other than its designed purposes
No bikes, scooters or other play equipment are to enter the pool area and at no time ridden around or in the pool area. This equipment must remain outside of the gate
Climbing over the fence or entering through a gate by force to avoid using a key fob is prohibited and is considered trespassing under the law. Such actions are dangerous as well as illegal. MCHOA will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
Water balloons are not to be used in the pool area
Large floats are not permitted due to the size of the pool and consideration of others
By entering the pool area, you understand and agree to audio and video recordings. This data is owned by MCHOA and may be used for any purpose deemed necessary by the MCHOA Board

Sunday - Thursday: 9:00am - 9:30pm EST
Friday - Saturday: 9:00am - 10:30pm EST
Start of Season: May 16, 2025
End of Season: October 5, 2025

*Anyone entering the pool or pool area outside of the pool hours of operation is trespassing and will be subject to arrest
KEY FOBS & REQUIRED FORMS:
Residents must complete an annual Massey Creek Amenities Registration Form
ONE pool fob per home will be issued to the owner(s) of Massey Creek & to paying members from Hunter's Way
Replacement fobs will cost $50 and the previous fob issued will be deactivated upon replacement
Fobs must be shown to pool volunteers at any time requested
Each fob swipe is recorded and the gate must be shut in between swipes; every person entering the gate from your fob swipe will be considered your guest and responsibility
DO NOT open or allow others to piggyback on a single resident
No fobs are available at the pool area at any time. You must register in advance
Only responsible parties aged 16 or older may hold or utilize the key fob
From time-to-time random fob audits will occur
Photographs and/or video with audio will be taken during fob swipe entry. This data is owned by Massey Creek HOA & may be used for any purpose needed by the Massey Creek HOA Board
PARKING:
Vehicles are to be parked in defined spaces in the parking lot adjacent to the pool
Overnight parking of vehicles is not allowed. Vehicles are subject to be towed at the owner's expense
MAINTENANCE:
All trash should be deposited in the receptacles provided. If the receptacle is full, please change bags. If possible, please take any full trash bags with you
Pool cleaning is done by ASP Pools on Tuesday & Friday of each week
The last person(s) leaving the pool at any given time will make sure the lights/fans are turned off and the doors/gates latched/locked
The bathrooms are cleaned once per week
As this is not a daily service, please ensure that we maintain a clean property daily. Cleaning up after yourself & your guests will go a long way in keeping this cleaning cost to a minimum. Restroom cleanliness is a requirement of the Knox County Health Department and inspects the facility monthly.
Cleaning supplies will be found in each of the bathrooms to be used as needed. Please donate any items you feel may be needed for proper cleaning & maintenance
VIOLATIONS:
Each resident plays a role and are guardians to our success
If you see an issue and it cannot be handled promptly, submit a Report a Violation Form. This allows us to have a close time stamp to research effectively.
WIFI TERMS OF SERVICE:
Wifi is available at the pool area. Before using the service, you must read and agree to the terms of service. Your access to, and the use of, the service represents your agreement to the WIFI TERMS OF SERVICE. If you do not agree with these terms, including changes thereto, do not access or use the service.
