The Massey Creek Homeowners Association Swimming Pool is a privately-owned recreation entity, entirely funded by annual assessment paying members. The MCHOA Board of Directors administers the Pool Rules and Regulations. In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants of Massey Creek Subdivision, the Homeowners Association has set forth the following rules for the use of the community recreation areas.
These rules are in place to help maximum enjoyment and safety for our homeowners. Entering the pool complex indicates that members understand and agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing safe and lawful operation of the swimming pool and assume responsibility for all dependent minors and/or guests using the pool facilities.
The Declaration of Covenants permits the Homeowners Association to fine and/or suspend the recreation area privileges of serious or habitual offenders of the rules, or for non-payment of Association dues. *Rules may be modified, with the approval of the MCHOA Board, when deemed necessary for safety purposes.
